FAQs

Read below for some questions that are frequently asked about my services.

What are your prices?

The first two hours of mediation are $300 per hour.  If  additional time is needed, each hour thereafter is $150 per hour.  The session payments are set up for both parties to book the session time and date that is agreed upon and pay their half individually.

How does booking a session work?

You should agree upon a session date and time with the other party involved.  Both parties will  individually make a request on my website for this date and time.  Once I have the requests from all involved parties, you will receive an email confirming your session and an invoice will be sent.  The invoice can be paid on line and needs to be paid for before the start of our session.

What if one or both parties are a "No Show"?

The parties should contact us and reschedule.  If the parties fail to do so prior to the agreed upon time, no refund shall be issued.

Do you provide a refund if we do not come to a resolution?

The resolution is the agreement of the parties with a meeting of the minds.  The mediator is not in charge of the outcome but is there to facilitate the discussion to help you reach an agreement.  No refund will be issued, but parties may agree to continue mediation at the mediator's discretion.

Do you provide documents after the session is resolved?

If the case is fully or partially settled, a written agreement is issued by the Mediator.  Once the parties sign the agreement is is a binding contract.

Should I send you any documents I have in advance of our meeting?

No, documents can be reviewed during the time allotted for mediation.  If there is anything needed in advance, the Mediator will make this known prior to your session.
